• Strength & Stretch

    This class will incorporate strength, balance and stretching, with more focus on balance and stretching.  Some yoga postes will be introduced for both balance and flexibility along with more traditional stretching exercies.

    Silver Sneakers

    Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and Silver Sneakers balls are offered for esistance.  A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

    Water Walking

    Class takes place in our heated indoor pool in shallow water.  Instructors lead the class through a light-intensity cardio workout that consist of walking around in the water.  Different types of styles of walking movements are performed such as forward, backward, and side-to-side.  All fitness levels Welcome!

    Water Exercises

    This class combines a light to moderate aerobic workout with exercises in the shallow water to help increase endurance, core strength, and flexibility.  All fitness levels Welcome!!
