• Multiplayer Minecraft:  City Builder

    Minecraft is a sandbox building game that's been dominating the world of video gaming for the past several years.  Collaborate with fellow students to construct a city!  Students will take home their completed world file at the end of the class.

    Have you wondered what makes an airplane fly?  Come join us to discover and use the 4 forces of flight.  Learn the parts of an airplane, and how to control and achieve balance of an airplane through experimentation and games.

    Fortnite Game Design

    Don't just play Fortnite, learn the game engine used to create the game!  This class explores designing and building your own scenery and landscape using Fortnite inspired assets.

    Coding Class

    Do you like computers?  Do you wonder how computer games work?  Do you like to have fun and be creative?  try computer coding.  Each class will have a different theme, a different topic to learn about.

    Dates:  Tuesdays, 4/30/2019-5/14/2019   Fee:  $10 per class or $22 for all three classes


    VT3 STEM Squad:  Bricks and Robots

    This camp has it all for curious minds that want to have a STEMtastic summer getting engaged in amazing projects.  We'll have a blast programming Ozobots, building cool machines using LEGO bricks and more!

    Robotic Builders

    Yes, We Can learn about Robotics! With the LEGO WeDo Robotics System, young children can build and program their robotic creations.  Designed by the experts at M.I.T., this unique system teaches children about simple machines, engineering, programming and so much more.  Young imaginations soar!  The LEGO Education WeDo Robotics Builder, allows students to explore different concepts in robotics. Possible models may include Dancing Birds, Hungry Alligator Robot, Goal Kicker Robot, Rescue Plane, and a Smart Spinner robot. Students working in teams will work with simple machines, program models they design and create, measure time and distance, write and much more!
