• Kids Yoga Grades: K-4th 

    Paricipants will learn basic Yoga poses through games and activities that will help strengthen their bodies and improve their flexibility, balance and coordination. 


    Dates: Mondays June 22, 29 and July 6th

    Strength Core and More for Kids: Grades 5-7

    This is a be ready for anything type of class!! participants will work on overall strength, balance, agility and flexibility while using a variety of equipment and body weight exercises. This class is for beginners to advanced.
