Summer Cheerleading Conditioning Camp

Grades 6-12

 Prepare for football season training with GSL cheer coaches and guest coaches getting you prepared for sideline football games and competition. You will learn Stunting, Jumping, Game Day Cheers, Band dances, homecoming material as well as competition routines (note: only grades 9-12 will have the option of joining the GSL cheerleading team in the fall but we welcome middle school ages kids as well if they would like to learn to prepare for high school cheerleading). Middle school students who participate in summer cheer practice camp will be invited to cheer the second half of the homecoming game.  An option to purchase a t-shirt for homecoming with become available to students

Competitive Cheer Tumbling Class

Grades 9-12th

In this session, your cheerleader will learn standing back handsprings, back tucks, punch front tucks, walkovers, a running tumbling pass, jump and tumble connections and forward and backward tumbling to cheer counts. This class will focus on perfecting the foundation for great tumbling and working on form and body position to help with all elements of cheer
