Lady Panther Volleyball 2025-2026 Season Information (9-12):

●     Visit the volleyball webpage for schedules and coach info
●     Make sure the student-athlete's physical is up to date (good for 3 years). Contact Lori Harms (lharms@gsl.k12.mn.us) with questions
 

What to Bring to Practice:

●     Tennis shoes, t-shirt & shorts (no cutoffs)
●     Knee/elbow pads (optional)
●     Water bottle, extra clothes, and a positive attitude
 

High School Program Info:

●     3 team levels: C, JV, Varsity
●     Playing time is earned and based on skill/specialization
●     Commitment is expected—missed practices for non-emergencies (e.g. work, social events) are not excused
