This is our most competitive level of gymnastics. Gymnasts must tryout to participate on the team. Once placed on the team, Panther Paw is a 7 month commitment (September - March).

Open Gym: available to PPG and HS gymnasts
The goal of this open gym session is to train skills and requirements for future routines with an opportunity to have double spot (3-4 coaches available). The gymnast may choose what events and skills to train independently or with a coach and may freely rotate to other events or skills whenever needed. Drills may be requested and the gymnast(s) & coaches will assist with the set up and take down.
This session has no lesson plan and skills will be worked based on the gymnasts' wants & needs for their routines and goals.
Coaches are eager to work skills that would meet basic event requirements for routines on each event, but are not limited to the basics & are eager to work twisting at all events, release moves & advanced requirements for bars, flight & tumble series on beam, and advanced skills on all events.
