District Classifications:
- Class I (no rental charge - additional charges may be charged)
- Recognized school organziations and school functions (Booster Club)
- Local tax supported agencies serving District 2859 residents (Community Education)
- Fundraising events for any of the above groups
- Co-sponsored activities with any recognized school activity
- Political caucuses
- Class II
- Local non-profit (503c) and youth agencies if composed of a majority of district residents (Scouts, 4-H, Rotary, Lions, Park and Recreation, etc)
- Class III
- Non-profit community groups located in District 2859 and/or serving a majority of District 2859 residents.
- Civic organizations located in District 2859 or serving the majority of District 2859 residents. (Traveling basketball, DFL, Church Schools, Church, etc)
- Class IV
- Commerical, business or private organizations located in District 2859 (Seneca, Starkeys, etc.)
- Individual community members residing in District 2859
- Fundraising for any other group other than Class I
- Class V
- Non-profit (503c) community groups not located in District 2859
- Civic organizations not located in District 2859
- Class VI
- Commerical, business or private organizations not located in District 2859
- Individual community members residing outside of District 2859
