Early Intervention (EI) and Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE)  are Glencoe-Silver Lake Public Schools programs that provide screening and intervention services to families with children ages birth to kindergarten who are at risk of having a developmental delay or have been identified with a developmental delay or disability in the general areas of speech and language, large and fine motor skills, social and emotional behavior, cognitive and/or adaptive skills, or have vision or hearing losses.  These services are based on your child’s needs and are provided free to children who qualify.
